This will be a weakness of EasyCGI, you will get a control panel developed by EasyCGI. Even we believe EasyCGI will enhance its control panel in the future, but in the current phase, there is really limited function you can get from the control panel compared with what in others companies. It lacks much of the advanced features that are typcially found in other control panels, such as web creation tools, setting directories as CGI readable, etc. The control panel is very basic in that it only includes mailbox editing and billing information. The administrator does have controls in one place, but they are basic compared to most web hosts.

EasyCGI is well-known for providing excellent customer service and support. In most cases, you will get a reply from EasyCGI if you submit the tickets via email. Besides this, you will get a complete self-service center with a searchable knowledgebase in EasyCGI.
